Mindfulness is bringing awareness to the present moment with compassion and curiosity. During this time, we will come together to share space, discover the tools needed to navigate and grow through life's challenges through accountability, learning our own energetic frequencies, how our mind and body responds to stress and eustress, and how to integrate practices into our daily lives to create ease and flow.
We will discover our patterns and align to our divine paths in a gentle and easy way that works best individually. We will discover which mindfulness practice best resonates individually and how to take steps forward to create a more fulfilling lifestyle.
This time is reserved for being intentional, open, and aware of ourselves and discovering ways that we can show up and take care of our individual selves.
Facilitator Info
Meet Bri, your Mindfulness Instructor for the Blk Out Fest. Bri is a Certified Exercise Recovery Specialist, Certified Athletic Trainer, Meditation and Mindfulness Coach, and most importantly, a Lightworker. Known for her insight, clarity, and humor, Bri's mission is to teach others how to study and master themselves, how to hear and listen to their inner guidance, and create a life of wisdom, compassion, and courage to create more joy and alignment within one's life.
Bri has been able to implement her clinical experience, therapeutic treatment expertise, life experiences, and intuitive gifts to each session to develop a comprehensive approach to optimize one’s health and wellness.
After years of gaining experience and knowledge; in 2019, she ventured off to open her own practice, Breeze Alignment Therapy. Breeze Alignment Therapy is a holistic, alternative practice that helps to align the mind, body, and spirit through therapeutic interventions such as bodywork via cupping, stretching, IASTM, injury prevention care; transformational coaching, mobility coaching, intuitive healing, and meditation and mindfulness coaching.
