When and where is this festival being held?

This festival will be held November 3-5 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
When will tickets go on sale?

There will be a cycle of invitation-only tickets before being made available to the public on July 1st. Once the event is public, it is open to anyone for registration. We cannot guarantee the availability of tickets after the invitation-only registration concludes. The pre-sale for festival apparel will close October 1.
Do I have to identify as a Black to attend this festival?

No. This festival centers and celebrates Black climbers. Allies are welcome to join in that celebration.
How old do I have to be to attend this festival?

This festival is for those aged 18+ by November 2nd, 2023. 17 year olds may attend as volunteer only with parental permission.
I have a Black-owned business or organization, how can I become a vendor for this event?

Are pets allowed?

Pets other than service animals are not allowed inside the hostel but are allowed on the hostel grounds. If you will be staying at the hostel and have a service animal, please indicate that information during registration. Please be considerate, keep them on a leash and clean up after them.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

You can cancel your registration for a full refund if the request is submitted with over 3 months until the festival date. Within three months, you will be able to transfer your registration to another participant up until 48 hours before the festival.
